[정치테마주 관련 유의사항]
◆ 테마의 실체를 확인하자= 사실이 아니거나 단순한 인맥으로 테마가 형성된 경우 주가 급락으로 손실을 볼 수 있으므로 테마의 실체를 확인한 후 투자하는 것이 바람직하다.
◆ 거래가 급증하는 종목에 유의하자= 특별한 이유없이 풍문만으로 거래가 급증하는 경우 단타매매 등 투기세력의 공격대상이 되고 있는 종목일 가능성이 매우 높다. 정치테마주는 주가예측이 어렵고, 미미한 정치 상황의 변화에도 주가가 급락할 수 있으므로 이미 주가가 급등한 종목에 대한 추종 매수는 큰 손실이 유발될 수 있다.
◆ 허위사실과 풍문은 전달하지도 말고, 이용하지도 말자= 부정한 목적이 없이 단순히 허위사실이나 풍문을 유포한 경우에도 ‘시장질서 교란행위’에 해당되어 과징금을 부과 받을 수 있다.
